2. Reservations and Payments
- Booking Confirmation: A reservation is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email or message from us, along with a booking reference number.
- Payment: Full or partial prepayment may be required depending on the room type, season, or special offer. We accept cash (PKR), credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), and bank transfers.
- Pricing: All prices are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable government taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices without notice, but confirmed bookings will be honored at the original rate.
Security Deposit: We may require a refundable security deposit at check-in for incidentals (e.g., room damage, extra services). This deposit will be refunded at check-out after inspection.
3. Check-in and Check-out
- Check-in Time: 2:00 PM (Early check-in is subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.)
- Check-out Time: 12:00 PM (Late check-out may be available upon request and may incur a half-day or full-day charge.)
- Age Requirement: Guests must be 18 years or older to make a reservation. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
- Valid Identification: All guests are required to present a valid CNIC (for Pakistani citizens) or Passport (for foreign nationals) at check-in for legal registration as required by local authorities in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
4. Cancellation and No-Show Policy
- Free Cancellation: Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to check-in date will receive a full refund (minus any applicable processing fees).
- Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in will be charged 50% of the total booking amount.
- No-Show: If you do not arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice, you will be charged 100% of the total booking amount, and the remaining nights will be canceled.
- Early Departure: No refunds will be issued for early check-out unless due to an emergency acceptable to management.

5. Guest Responsibilities and Conduct
- Damages: Guests are financially responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of hotel property (including furniture, linens, electronics, and décor). Repair or replacement costs will be charged to the guest.
- No Smoking: Smoking is prohibited inside all guest rooms and enclosed public areas. A cleaning fee of will be charged for violation. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available.
- No Pets: Pets are not allowed unless prior approval is obtained (service animals may be exempt with documentation).
- Noise and Disturbance: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. We reserve the right to evict guests without refund for excessive noise, disorderly conduct, or illegal activity.
- Visitors: Outside visitors are not allowed in guest rooms after 9:00 PM. All visitors must register at the front desk.
- Compliance: Guests must comply with all hotel rules, local laws, and instructions from hotel staff.
6. Limitation of Liability
- Personal Property: TouristInn Hotel is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to any personal belongings left in guest rooms, common areas, or vehicles. Valuable items should be stored in the provided safe or with reception.
- Personal Injury: We are not liable for any injury, accident, or medical condition occurring on hotel premises unless caused by our gross negligence. Guests participate in activities (e.g., bonfire nights, valley tours, hiking) at their own risk.
- Third-Party Services: We are not responsible for any issues arising from third-party services (e.g., transport, tour operators, food delivery) recommended or arranged by us.
- Force Majeure: We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, road closures in Shogarh Valley, power outages, or civil unrest.
7. Website Use and Intellectual Property
- All content on our website (text, images, logos, graphics, videos) is the property of TouristInn Hotel or its licensors and is protected by Pakistani and international copyright laws.
